Patient involvement is very important to the practice we would like to know how we may improve our service we provide to you. As a patient registered with the practice you may contribute to practice decision making and be involved in service development and provision. 

To help us achieve this, we are setting up a patient participation group so that our patients can be involved. We will advise the members of this participation group the dates and times of any meetings, and also keep all patients advised on patient matters via email and the website . 

We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative group. We encourage young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
