You will be handed a printout with your username and password required to login.
You can also install and register for the TPP Airmid app and the NHS APP on our online serivces page.

At Mullion Health Centre, we have implemented new procedures for prescription requests to enhance safety and accuracy. To streamline this process, we are unable to accept prescription requests over the phone. We kindly ask that you visit our website for guidance on alternative methods to order your prescription. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
If you are receiving regular medication, attached to your prescription you will find a white slip which lists your current repeat medication. Please note the numbers next to the medication - for example, if it states 1/6 then you have received 1 supply out of 6 lots authorised. If any medication shows for example, 6/6, then you have no further supplies of this medication and the doctor may need to re-authorise more. You may possibly be asked to come in and be seen before any further medication can be issued.
It is very important to ensure the medication you are requesting is still authorised - if it is not and you have 'used up' the prescribed amount of medication, there will be a delay before we can complete the request. In some extreme cases repeat medication may be refused until you have seen your doctor. The doctor will decide this, we always try and contact you in this case. Request your repeat prescriptions in plenty of time.
Tick clearly the item/s required and either send the request to us by post, bring it in to the surgery and post it through the prescription box outside the surgery entrance. The box is cleared at 11:30 each morning so anything posted after this time will be carried over to the next working day. If you prefer, you may re-order your medication via this web-site by following the link at the top of this page.
If you are sending the paper slip please make sure you mark clearly the name of the pharmacy you will be collecting your medication from. We offer Mullion patients the facility to collect their medication from 3 pharmacies in Helston - Boots, Tesco and Hall's Pharmacy as well as to Boots in Mullion. Any prescription request not clearly marked with the collection pharmacy name will be allocated to the pharmacy in Mullion Village.
When you order your prescription and opt to collect the medication from a pharmacy, there will be a *3 working day wait before it will be ready. This is to allow the pharmacy time to process your order. Please see below for the collection timings.
* Mullion Boots Pharmacy requires a 7 day wait
